What is your furniture made from?
MATERIAL
All of our patio furniture is made from poly lumber.
WHAT’S THAT
Poly lumber is made from 100% recycled material. It has the look of painted wood without the maintenance or negative impact on the environment.
Poly lumber comes from recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE). This material is sourced from everyday objects like milk jugs, shampoo bottles, detergent containers, and even other poly lumber items.
Is your furniture eco-friendly?
Every single piece of our furniture is made from hundreds of recycled items that may otherwise have ended up in a landfill. Experts are still uncertain about how long HDPE items will remain in a landfill before decomposing. When you buy a piece of our furniture, you’re not tossing a milk jug in the recycling bin; you’re making sure the items in that bin get to live again!
How is your furniture made?

All of our furniture is handmade in America by Amish craftsmen and craftswomen.
HOW
Think about how you’d imagine the Amish would make patio furniture - that’s how it’s made! All items are crafted with artisan tools by hand; and power tools are avoided whenever possible. This furniture is not made on an assembly line in a huge factory, and as a result each piece gains a personal touch. No two items are exactly the same!
Do you offer a warranty?
20 year warranty
All of our products include a 20 year warranty against cracks, fading, or chipping due to any natural elements.
Do you have a physical location?
Yes! However, we offer different options in-store than we do online. Please contact us directly through the website with any questions. Our team members at the physical location will not be able to assist you.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any of our products, ORDERS CAN BE EASILY RETURNED AFTER THE ORDER HAS ARRIVED. Returns will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). If you are unhappy with a product after it has arrived, it may be returned within 30 days of arrival for any reason. Return shipping will be arranged by American Patio Designs at the expense of the customer.
Cancelation Policy
Orders can be canceled any time prior to shipment and returned within 30 days of shipment arrival.
Payment Processing
Payment is processed when an order is placed prior to shipment. Orders are produced in the order they are received. Once an order is completed, items ship via UPS and a tracking number is provided upon request.

Any information exchanged through our website, contact form, or checkout is kept private and not shared with any other persons and/or companies. this includes but is not limited to contact information.
Promotional Policy
Items on sale will be charged at the sale price. In the event that a sale ends, customers who have already purchased items, will not be charged an additional fee. All other store policies apply to items listed at a discounted price.
